Isotretinoin is a powerful oral retinoid used for the treatment of severe, recalcitrant nodular acne that has not responded to conventional therapy. It dramatically reduces sebum production, shrinks sebaceous glands, and prevents comedone formation. A typical course lasts 4–6 months and can produce long-lasting remission of acne in the majority of patients.

Usage Instructions
Take with a meal containing fat for optimal absorption. Dosage is determined by your physician based on body weight. Do not crush or chew capsules.
Warnings
- ⚠Pregnancy Category X — causes severe birth defects. Must use two forms of contraception.
- ⚠May cause dry skin, lips, and eyes.
- ⚠Regular blood work (liver function, lipids) is required during treatment.
- ⚠Do not donate blood during treatment or for 1 month after.
